How long is a typical project schedule?
The turnaround time is usually 2 to 4 weeks for custom websites. Additional elements may extend project durations depending on their nature.
The WEBSITE IN A DAY service takes one business day. ONLY if the client has previously provided all the necessary information and content and we have chosen a specific day for cooperation.

In what formats will I receive the final files?
You get the final website design in your Showit account (or another platform, depending on which one we choose to cooperate).
I send you the brand book and its elements in PDF format and, if necessary, in other formats.

How will we communicate?
I use Notion to track and update project milestones. I highly recommend it as my clients have found it convenient.
We can also keep correspondence via email, Instagram, and Telegram.

How do the review rounds work?
To get the most out of your revisions, I encourage you to get feedback from multiple sources, collect all your thoughts before sending them to me.
Once I have sent a new version with the batch of edits, it will be considered a completed round of revisions. Completion of an instance of edits or batch of edits are considered a revision.
Usually my services include 3 rounds of revisions with further edits requiring additional charges.

What platforms do you develop websites on?
I specialize in Showit, but we can develop a website on Webflow, Squarespace, or Shopify if needed.
In other cases, we can also develop only the design of your website.

How will I know if I like the design?
My design process involves an in-depth strategy and discussion of your business's goals, values, audience, voice, etc., as well as the visual direction of the design.
These steps are necessary so that I can get into the heart of your business and into your head, so that we can both see the design plan before we even start.
Moodboards give us a clear visual direction to focus on, and also allow us to avoid surprises with the final concepts.

How are payments made?
After booking the project and agreeing on all the details, you pay for the project 100% or in installments (via __________).
No work can begin without advance payment.
To reserve your spot, you need to make a 20% deposit.
We also sign a formal cooperation agreement where we specify what services you order, how much they cost, when they should be completed, and how you pay for them.

Do you provide support after project completion?
Yes, we are in touch for 1 week after the project is completed.
I also provide a support chat in Telegram for all my clients, which you can contact if necessary.
